| Design and Maintenance Agreement |
Payment Plan:
PLEASE write checks to AMERIHUN DESIGNS.
Fees to Amerihun Designs are due and payable on the following schedule:
50% Upon signing this contract, 50% Once website is available for review by the
Client. Once payment is received by Amerihun Designs the Clients website will be
uploaded to the hosting server. In order for Amerihun Designs to remain in
business, payments must be made promptly. Delinquent bills will be assessed a
$25.00 charge if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. If an
account remains delinquent 30 days after its due date, an additional 10% penalty
will be added for each month of delinquency. Amerihun Designs reserves the right
to remove web pages from viewing on the Internet until final payment is received.
In case collection proves necessary, the Client agrees to pay all fees incurred by
that process. Please pay your account balance on time!
Websites include the following elements:
Custom designed graphics.
Animation and Flash Animation (extra charge)
Photos and images supplied by Client via email or CD.
Words of text should be supplied by the Client via email or fax.
Navigational links will be included on every page (text or buttons).
Business contact information.
Website Publishing. Amerihun Designs will work with Client's host
service to set up and upload Client's website.
Maintenance and Hourly Rate.
After completion of your website, minor web page maintenance for a three-month
period, is free of charge. The three-month maintenance includes, updating links,
changing prices, and making minor changes to a sentence or paragraph. It does
not include removing nearly all of the text from a page and replacing it with new
text. Adding or removing pictures or changes to design layouts. Changes
requested by the Client beyond the minor maintenance and beyond the three-month
period will be billed at the hourly rate of $65.00.
Existing Website Fee.
There is a $250.00 entering fee for Amerihun Designs to enter an existing website,
designed by other parties. The hourly rate will be $65.00 in addition to the entering
fee. The free three-month maintenance does not apply to existing websites.
Time Line:
The Client agrees to provide all of the necessary elements including text, pictures
and information to Amerihun Designs by ___________________________.
The date above is the date in which Amerihun Designs will start the project and
agrees to have the website ready for review by the Client within 10 days of the date
above.(Animation and flash animation will take longer) The Client agrees to review
the website within 2 days of the proof release date.
Amerihun Designs agrees to upload all pages of the site within 48 hours of proof
acceptance by the Client. Completion date. Amerihun Designs and the Client must
work together to complete the website in a timely manner. We agree to have the
site completed and uploaded no later than _____________________________.
If the Client does not supply Amerihun Designs complete text, pictures and
information content for all web pages contracted for within six weeks of the date
this contract was signed, the entire amount of the contract becomes due and
payable.
Assignment of Project.
Amerihun Designs reserves the right to assign subcontractors to this project to
insure the right fit for the job as well as on-time completion.
Copyright to Web Pages.
Copyright to the finished assembled work of web pages produced by Amerihun
Designs is owned by Amerihun Designs. Upon final payment of this contract, all
rights owned by Amerihun Designs as to the design, graphics, and text in this
website will transfer to the Client. Amerihun Designs retains the right to display
graphics and other web design elements as examples of their work in their
respective portfolio.
Sole Agreement.
The agreement contained in this "Design and Maintenance Agreement" constitutes
the sole agreement between Amerihun Designs and the Client regarding this
website. Any additional work not specified in this contract must be authorized by a
written change order.
